Serving over 500 tenants, we are seeking a technician to join our experienced crew. The new hire should be able to do basic maintenance (light bulbs, unclogging drains, painting), with a willingness to learn new skills along the way. Vehicle required (truck preferred), tools are preferred but not required.

Pay Range: $18-$25/hour based on experience
