LUMBER YARD WORKER and DRIVER

Baker-Miller Lumber Inc. is a thriving locally owned retail lumber yard. The superior customer service and quality products we offer is what makes us great. We have an immediate opening for a yard person/delivery driver. Generous wage and benefit package for the right person.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Delivering material to jobsites
• Assist customers in the yard accurately and professionally
• Building loads for deliveries
• Operating forklift to load, unload and stock building materials
• Helping to maintain a safe and well-organized lumber yard
• Reports issues or discrepancies with inventory and assists in inventory counts

Requirements

• Clean driving record is a MUST
• Knowledge of building materials helpful
• Able to lift heavy materials at times
• Basic math and reading skills

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $16.00 – $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
