Role:

The Division Manager/Scheduler – Water Pros Division will be responsible for creating and implementing sales strategies, estimating customer projects, sales and service/installation team management and development. You will assist in setting schedules for service work as well as installation jobs, and supporting the sales and service/installation teams. You will be responsible for leading a dedicated team to deliver exceptional customer service by exceeding customer expectations with prompt responses & excellent service.

Essential Functions and Responsibilities:

Manage and direct all daily and long range activities associated with water systems and conditioning.
Achieve annual revenue and gross profit quotas.
Implement sales objectives by forecasting and developing annual sales quotas for sales team.
Produce strategic and tactical account plans to meet sales targets and improve market penetration.
Develop strong sales processes to identify opportunities and convert to orders.
Initiates and drives business initiatives to trigger growth.
Maintain customer relations to ensure customer satisfaction, quality of service and long-term relations.
Prepare detailed project estimates by analyzing the scope of a project and all customer requirements.
Procure material and equipment at or under budget for projects.
Guide customer equipment selection based on specifications and product offering.
Work collaboratively with all other departments to insure we exceed the needs of the customer.
Deliver exceptional customer service.
Respond to all account inquiries by phone, e-mail or in person.
Follow up on all active projects or quotes and grow sales volume.
Review jobs in the queue to ensure they are dispatched and assigned as required.
Schedule service and installation calls, providing work orders according to urgency.
Communicate with Service Technicians and other departments.
Build and maintain industry expertise.
Attend trade shows and industry events as required.
Management Functions and Responsibilities:

Maintain sales, service/installation staff by recruiting, conducting performance reviews, weekly meetings and training.
Maintain sales, service/installation staff job results.
Ensure company policies are followed.
Enforce company safety policies.
Qualifications:

Sales experience – 3+ years.
Service scheduling/Dispatching experience – 2+ years.
Estimating experience -2+ years .
Plumbing experience (HVAC Experience a plus)
A valid driver’s license.
Excellent driving record.
Ability to pass employment drug screen.
Proven ability to develop and execute a sales strategy.
Success implementing/leveraging CRM systems to develop new customers and grow existing accounts.
Ability to thrive in a dynamic, exciting work environment.
Self-motivated and high energy.
Detail oriented and hardworking.
Ability to multi-task and be highly organized at the same time.
Excellent interpersonal, communication and presentation skills are a must.
Ability to anticipate, understand and creatively solve problems or resolve issues.

Strong computer skills
Education Requirements:

High School diploma/GED (College degree preferred)
