Square Deal Machining, Inc. is growing and would like to give you the opportunity

to join our team. SDMI started as a one room machine shop in Marathon, NY and

has since grown to a 300,000 sq ft facility that provides full-service fabrication,

machining and welding capabilities.

We have immediate openings for CNC Machinists. Our Machining Department

houses, Okuma, Haas, Mazak, and Bullova CNC Equipment. Multi-axis Machining

experience a plus.

Job Summary:

• Perform machine setup and hands-on machining using CNC milling

• machines and lathes

• Review blueprints, drawings, or engineering information to determine

• methods or sequences of operations needed to fabricate parts

• Set up and operate CNC machines and related equipment to include

• choosing and loading appropriate tools and fixtures. Align and secure

• holding fixtures, cutting tools, attachments, accessories, or materials onto

• machines.

• Run programs, perform measurements, and make adjustments as

• necessary to meet specifications and standards. Diagnose machine tool

• malfunctions to determine need for adjustments or repairs.

• Calculate dimensions or tolerances using instruments such as micrometers

• or vernier calipers.

• Log in and out of ERP System per job

• Measure completed parts to check they meet quality specs
