Overview
We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Bartender to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for mixology and exceptional customer service skills. Candidates must have at least one year of Bartending experience. Be able to make many types of cocktails, be comfortable in a high paced setting, have fairly open availability, reliable transportation and most importantly a team player.

Duties

• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes and customer preferences.
• Maintain a clean and organized bar area, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Operate cash registers, process payments, and manage tabs efficiently.
• Engage with customers, providing recommendations and answering questions about drink offerings.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to coordinate food service and catering events when necessary.
• Stay updated on current trends in mixology and beverage offerings to enhance the guest experience.
• Assist with inventory and ordering
• Collaboration with other staff for creating and implementing events, promotions, ad other bar and restaurant activities

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Bartender or in a similar role within the hospitality industry.
• Strong knowledge of food safety practices and alcohol regulations.
• Proficiency in using cash registers and point-of-sale systems, such as Toast POS.
• Excellent math skills for handling transactions accurately.
• Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to provide outstanding customer service.
• Experience in fast paced dining and catering environments is a plus.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
• A passion for brewing techniques and cocktail creation is highly desirable.
